This is tricksy, mostly because I'm not entirely sure what 'fandom' means in this context.
If it refers to the general group of fans for any given show/film, then I'd have to say no, because the internet IS fandom. It's not like I'm regularly meeting with groups of people IRL to discuss a show we all like, but then I discovered internet fandom and it just RUINED EVERYTHING.
That said, I don't really participate in fandom-at-large anymore. I've found that my enjoyment of any given thing only increases when I'm not engaging with a bunch of opinionated strangers over it, so in that sense, it's fair to say that I've stopped liking every fandom thanks to the internet.
If the question is REALLY asking something like, 'has your engagement with a fandom ever ruined the corresponding show or movie for you,' then yes. "Lost" did a pretty good job of ruining itself, in my opinion, but I won't pretend that stalking the bitterness threads over at TWOP didn't hasten matters. If I hadn't stalked TWOP, I might have hung on despite my unhappiness with the way things were going, but those threads convinced me to just let it go and find something less aggravating to watch.
15. Choose a song at random. Which OTP does it remind you of?
This isn't exactly 'at random,' but I figure it's fair because I actually do have one song on my iPod that unfailingly reminds me of an OTP. The song is "King and Lionheart" by Of Monsters and Men. The OTP is Lincoln (either one, really) and Fauxlivia from "Fringe."

It pains me to say it, but this last season of Fringe did a good job of killing my Peter/Olivia squee. I'm too miffed over how they got back together to be happy that they're back together at all. It's extra sad because I used to ship them so hard, and now the best I can muster is a hearty, "meh."

And Linc/Fauxlivia is sad, but sweet.
O GOD YOUR ICON!!!
(Belle would be an EXCELLENT companion! Too bad the Dr regenerated into such a loser. BeastWho would have been AWESOME!)

BeastWho WOULD be awesome. Though I hope you're not disparaging Eleven. ;)

No, no, he's a fine Dr.. But in pretty much every movie I've seen, the Beast is ALWAYS so much cooler than the Prince he resets to! Sure, he's got fur, and fangs, and claws...

I'm not sure if this 'counts,' since I've been kicking it around for quite a while, but damn it, I want a "Doctor Who" in which Susan is still alive. My pet theory is that the Doctor fob-watched her before the Time War in order to keep her safe, and then wiped his own memory of doing so just to be thorough, giving instructions to the TARDIS to reinstate those memories once it was safe. But since Nine and Ten weren't exactly stable, the TARDIS decided to wait for a less emotionally volatile version of the Doctor to crop up... and then Ten blew the crap out of the TARDIS when he regenerated, causing her to get a bit muddled, and it's only when they accidentally stumble upon fobwatched!Susan that things get resolved. SEE, I HAVE IT ALL WORKED OUT, I JUST HAVE TO FINISH WRITING IT.

I think I'm going to have to go with Boz's Penny stories. They're just so epic and awesome! I think it's probably the only time that fanfic has made me cry.
