We-ell... I don't know if you'd use FedEx, specifically, but you can mail ducklings. You just get take them right after they've hatched and are fluffy, because they've just absorbed the yolk sac and can go for 48 hours without food or water. So you stick a bunch of them in a wee box so they stay warm--Murray McMurray won't sell less than 15 at a time--and you ship 'em quick-like so they get to their destination within two days. I don't think you could mail them overseas or anything, but across the US it's possible. That's how we got our first batch: mail order. :D
